BackTrack

BackTrack is a SLAX based linux distribution derived from merging two penetration testing distributions, Whax and Auditor.

BackTrack features user modularity: the user can customise the distribution to include personal scripts, or additional tools.

Backtrack includes KDE and Fluxbox as default window managers.

nUbuntu

nUbuntu is a collection of network and server security testing tools, piled on top of Ubuntu. While aimed to be mainly a security testing platform, nUbuntu also can serve as a desktop os as well.
