It's been just a bit over a month since pre-orders for 4.4 opened up and already the first sets have been spotted in the wild (OK, on my desk).
As is commonly known, those that order early, get the set before the actual release date. Keep that in mind for 4.5 and for now, if you haven't already, please place your order right away (International, Europe).
Remember, CD sales fund the continued development of OpenBSD and CD sets are the only place for those cool stickers!
George Rosamond reminds us that NYCBSDCon is just days away:
NYCBSDCon is an annual BSD Unix technical conference organized by the New York City *BSD User Group (NYC*BUG). Don't miss this great opportunity to expand your network amid the tumultuous economic environment.
The conference schedule is packed with some of the best and brightest of the *BSD projects, with topics ranging from file systems to the portable C compiler, not to mention an array of developer and systems administrator related meetings.
Editor's Note: This is a conference I look forward to, particularly since it's really the only one in the U.S.A. that has a strong OpenBSD presence. There will be quite a few OpenBSD developers, so come out and join us for couple days of presentations (and beer).

If you haven't already, or you've been waiting to place your EU order, now is the time!George R. writes in about this next month's BSD conference in New York City:
We are proud to announce the release of the speaker's presentations and that registration is now open for NYCBSDCon 2008. The conference will be held at Columbia University on October 11 and 12 in Manhattan.
The speaker line-up is an impressive list of developers and systems administrators from all of the BSD projects.
Editor's Note: This is a very OpenBSD-friendly conference. Attendees are advised to register early to reserve a seat!
Update: There will also be a PF BoF session during Saturday's lunch break.
