Application Development Trends - Free, seamless way to Web 2.0 frameworks

Interesting that we're seeing framework specifically targeted at Web 2.0, those this one in particular is really more a good SaaS stack than a Web 2.0 one. I'd love to see something that offered explicit enablement of architectures of participation.
