Bitmunk
Bitmunk™ is a collection of software and technology that helps democratize the way that digital content is distributed via the Internet. At its core is an open standards digital content transaction platform – a secure and safe way for people to buy and sell digital content from each other via legal, copyright-aware peer-to-peer networks.
There are several ways of retrieving and interacting with Bitmunk. The simplest way is via our REST HTTP API. Using this API, an application can be created to search, display, sample, buy and sell content in one hour. More information is available via the Bitmunk Transaction Platform Web API Tutorial
There are also SOAP APIs and software for accessing the Bitmunk P2P network. While application development is slightly more involved, an application can be written within one to two weeks that performs every capability covered by the reference Bitmunk client.
