An extension to the Xen Kernel that allows for paravirtualization using Xen with physical addressing extensions (PAE), i.e., in the case of 32-bit processors, the usage of > 4 GB of memory.
Xen is a virtual machine monitor for x86 that
supports execution of multiple guest operating
systems in isolated environments. Xen introduced the concept of paravirtualization.
dom0 refers to the host operating system, while domU refers to a guest operating system.
