getting xgl to work, the ubuntu way

i had the problem mentioned here. i ended up making a /usr/local/bin/beryl which starts beryl with this LD_PRELOAD setting.

getting xgl on ubuntu (the unofficial way). it looks cleaner, but it makes it really quite hard to switch back to normal x. i prefer the ubuntu way.

This one actually works!
