I'm making a logo for someone my bf works with, it's for a kids charity, and the guy has pretty much got it all figured out and just wanted me to make it.
i just wanted an opinion from you guys though: In the last Logo with the intregrated text, is it readable?
I keep thinking that people will look at it and go hildrens ifeline hallenge?? what the heck is that?
Does it work well, or is there something I should change?
I am working on the clarity of an image (web banner) that was designed for me using Photoshop. Some of the elements used in the graphic where from Illustrator. I think the designer did not integrate the elements from Illustrator correctly and thus one of the reasons the file may be blurry. I really need this file to be correct, crisp, and clear as it is on my front page.
I need to know:
-When designing in Photoshop and using images designed in Illustrator what is the best way to integrate those images from Illustrator without losing clarity?
-What's the best way to save an Illustrator file to a jpeg or similar file?
I am new to both Illustrator and Photoshop, but am ready to make the changes with your suggestions/help.
I have used Adobe photo shop and tried to use illustrater but struggled with it...........

I see some with a relatively light radial gradient, and some with just plain white backs. I'm assuming white is the most "formal" way to present. One white(logo) and black background. and another completely opposite?
When does the color one come into play? and whats the best way to present it?
Also, here are a few concepts for a general contracting company. if you could give me your opinion and feedback i would appreciate it. http://www.jeremywisecup.com/misc/NDmesalogos.jpg

I have designed my email signature in Illustrator and now want to go through the steps to add hyperlinks and do what's necessary to have our emails be between 2-4k in size and not flagged by email clients. I will be using Go Live to create the "web page" but am looking for the steps on how to do so. Does anyone have suggestions as to the best place to get a tutorial on creating html signatures using Illustrator, Go Live, etc.?
Another quick graphic problem I'm running into has to do with the clarity of my images. I had someone design a web banner for me and once I uploaded it to our site, it was blurry.
Both my email signature and web banner were designed in Illustrator. Of course they look crisp and clear in Illustrator, but not so crisp and clear once they are uploaded to my website and placed into Outlook respectively.
I know this has something to obviously do with the resolution and possible incorrect file saving procedures, but I'm not exactly sure how to fix it. Any advice and/or help you have would be greatly appreciated!
