This is a release candidate - we don't expect to change anything before the final release, but encourage users to install to check the documentation and for unexpected bugs or feature interactions.

netdisco-mibs Version 0.4 Released
The SNMP MIB files used for SNMP::Info and Netdisco have been updated in anticipation of the 0.95 release of Netdisco. Cisco, HP, Net-SNMP and RFC vendors are all updated to the most current available at the date of the release. (0 comments)

Netdisco is a network management application targeted at large corporate and university networks. Data is collected into a Postgres database using SNMP and presented with a clean web interface using Mason. This version is a major release with enhancements in data mining and automatic discovery of L2 topology. Also featured is support for the entire Nortel family of devices and the logging of NetBIOS information. See the ChangeLog for the exhaustive list of bug fixes and new features.

Netdisco-mibs package released
Netdisco-mibs 0.1 is a collection of SNMP MIB files for many major vendors and standards. This collection has been hand-corrected against typos and syntax errors to allow clean parsing in Net-SNMP. Used by SNMP::Info, Netdisco, or any Net-SNMP application. (0 comments)
