I got a a little surprised today when I opened the Danish version of Google, they changed their look to be a.... erhm... little darker.
Apparently its Googles way of "turning off the lights" and its done as part of a campaign to make people turn of their lights today to bring focus to awareness of the environment. One could argue that Google is copying Blackle but that would be the whole discussion of what was first the Egg or the Chicken :-)
