Your directory allows you to choose an inactivity timeout for all portal users in it, allowing you to set a maximum or minimum inactivity period of hours or minutes before users are automatically signed out of their portal session. To do this, navigate to Portal settings from the global page header and then Inactivity timeout; additionally you can set custom messages when activated as well as minimum minute amounts that must elapse before this feature kicks in.
