Zoom can also be used for digital meetings and webinars as well as sharing participants’ screens and using its whiteboard feature on smartphones – features which businesses can take advantage of to maximize return on investment. Available through both App Store and Google Play for iPhone/iPad as well as browser version for customers without access to these platforms.

Service offers various tools for managing calls, including the capability of recording them – giving employees who weren’t present the chance to listen later – as well as muzzling or disabling video of individual participants, while meeting hosts can pin individual screens so only relevant information appears in recordings.

Zoom meetings allow users to share various types of content – from YouTube videos and desktop screens, select applications and windows or entire pages of websites, device audio streams and shared whiteboards, to desktop sharing. Furthermore, unlike other video conferencing software packages, Zoom does not impose time limits for meetings; in fact a single session may last up to 24 hours!

Participants can see each other clearly while hearing each other clearly through this powerful system. Plus, with its mobile application users can participate easily during calls on the go while sharing screens during meetings as well as creating personalized backgrounds for meetings!

While these may not be appropriate for business calls, they can make a big difference during personal calls with friends or family members. Recently, Zoom introduced two fun call filter options – sepia and Snapchat-esque filters. While these might not be appropriate for all business conversations, they provide fun additions to Zoom’s arsenal of enhancements.

Zoom provides a full list of international dial-in numbers on its meeting invitation, should you not connect immediately.
